Daniel Abowe is a dedicated project coordinator with extensive experience in managing and implementing Access to Genetic Resources and Benefit Sharing (ABS) initiatives at both national and regional levels and currently leading the ABS project at the Uganda National Council for Science and Technology (UNCST) since February 2023, with strong expertise in regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement, and project reporting aligned with UNEP and GEF standards.
