Uganda ABS Experts
The Uganda National Council for Science and Technology (UNCST), in collaboration with the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA), developed a Roster of Experts on Access and Benefit Sharing (ABS).
It aims to create a verifiable database of individuals with expertise in ABS to support policy formulation, research, capacity building, stakeholder engagement, and effective implementation of ABS in Uganda. The experts’ database of 63 experts (44 males and 19 females) has been profiled.
