Her experience with the ABS is rooted in both her field of study and her work. Having organised capacity-building workshops and contributed to policy formulation related to the UNCBD process and conventions, she has become increasingly conversant with the ABS over time. Moreover, her affiliation with conservation organisations has positioned her well, with both experience and knowledge, as well as familiarity with the CBD conventions and processes.
